Workout Tune Up Evaluation
You have been working out on your own and you just aren’t seeing results or maybe your workout is causing discomfort in some way Sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know. These personal training sessions are extremely beneficial for those who workout on their own.
The Tune Up session is for anyone who wants an evaluation of their workout form with weights or equipment. It can also be for someone who just needs some inspiration and professional guidance on recharging their current workout programs
In these evaluation sessions you will schedule one session per month or more frequently if needed. You may come in person to our private studio or an evaluation can be done from you own home gym via zoom. This is a three month commitment at least 1 session per month.
