Shari Gower

Shari Gower is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and the founder of DefineIt Personal Training and Wellness Studio. She has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry helping individuals change their lives through her personalized fitness, healthy eating and weight management programs. Shari is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach (CHWC), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Cancer Exercise Specialist. She also has a BA in Business and has completed the Mediation and Arbitration Program at Pepperdine University.

Prior to founding DefineIt, Shari worked in the executive world while training herself and others. It was during these years as a corporate top producer, she developed the abitlity to understand executives and the stress of a busy work schedule. Her programs are designed to help reduce stress and gain lifestyle changes through exercise and proper eating habits.

Her experience to respond to clients nutritional needs came from her years with Jenny Craig as a Regional Nutrition Counselor. Shari developed her holistic approach to nutrition and exercise after years of teaching others what their body needs to stay healthy.

Through DefineIt Shari has grown her client list and her success rate with her customized, one-on-one fitness programs. She expanded into a brand new facility in 2012 to better accommodate her growing fitness clientele.

Patty McLucas

Patty is a Certified Personal Trainer, instructing women and men individually and in small groups in strength training and weight control at DefineIt Personal Training Studio. Her wellness advising consultancy is called Breathing Room (www.breathingroomstudio.com). Patty McLucas teaches meditation and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for Stanford’s Cancer Supportive Care Program, Stanford’s Health Improvement Program (HIP), and other Bay Area locations.


Denise Dickinson

Denise is a Certified Personal Trainer for women and men of all fitness levels.  Her upbeat high energy and passion for fitness motivates and inspires others to strive for the same healthy lifestyle.  She offers private fitness training for individuals, couples and small groups.

I continuously strive to understand and support your goals. Instead of a rigid program with lots of rules and expectations, I design a training program that incorporates a balanced approach, works with your lifestyle, and most of all, helps you achieve amazing results.
